Robert Woodhead Limited, part of the Woodhead Group have been named on the EN:Procure Framework for new build social housing.
EN:Procure is a not for profit procurement consortium established in 2006 to serve the construction procurement needs of the social housing landlord community in the Yorkshire & Humber regions.
The £340m framework has been split into four project size lots, with Robert Woodhead Limited securing a place on two of the lots:
• Schemes of between 8 and 35 units
• Schemes of between 30 and 85 units
The scope covers site preparation, site remediation, associated civil engineering and infrastructure works, design, new build construction.
