Minor & Planned Works
Minor works includes the general enhancement of the built environment from car parking resurfacing works and window replacement schemes, energy efficiency upgrades and statutory planned servicing including boilers and fire alarms to maintain building compliance. We work with our customers to minimise impact to the day to day running of their premises.
Refurbishments
Making buildings work for your needs by delivering projects involving structural work to re-configure spaces, stabilisation of fabric, integrating into existing fabric, renovation, installation of services and painting and decoration to help our customers make the most of their space.
Repairs and Maintenance
We have responded to over 70,000 responsive repairs and maintenance requests and we are on call 24/7 365 to look after your property portfolio. Our extensive experience has seen us deliver repairs and maintenance programmes to clients such as the NHS, MOD, Newark and Sherwood District Council, Nottingham City Council and Nottinghamshire County Council.
