Alterations and extensions to the existing club building.
Phase One involved demolishing an existing outbuilding and wall with an extension to create new toilet facilities and the refurbishment of the concert room incorporating a new bar, kitchens, sound system and two large video screens.
Phase Two involved demolition of the boiler house, toilets and part of a boundary wall with an extension to form a new bar area and cellar, bar kitchens and family room.
Other phases converted an existing bar area into three meeting rooms and refurbished the entrance foyer , lounge area and bar to create a new bar, dance floor and stage. In addition the whole building was re-roofed.
