Strong summer performance pulls in £18m of new contracts

Robert Woodhead Limited have secured over £18m of contracts over summer.

Robert Woodhead Limited delivers public and private construction projects across a range of sectors including, conservation, refurbishment and repairs and maintenance for clients across the East Midlands.

Woodhead Living, the specialist sustainability arm has recently won a contract to deliver an enterprise centre in central Nottingham, a 15 bed BREEAM Very Good rehabilitation centre in Lincoln as well as a number of smaller sustainable housing developments across Lincolnshire.

Woodhead One, who deliver repairs and maintenance contracts across the East Midlands reached a milestone this summer, delivering over 20,000 responsive call outs and 10,000 planned maintenance jobs.

Woodhead Heritage, the specialist conservation arm secured two major refurbishments contracts at Lincoln Castle Prison and the Old Magnus Buildings in Newark.

Robert Woodhead Limited have continued to work with Local Authorities to deliver public and minor work projects worth in excess of £2m in schools, colleges, day care centres and leisure centres. Most recently this includes the refurbishment of the Old Police station and Court to create a Piano Making School in Newark. We are currently on site delivering an exciting BMX track in Broxtowe which will be completed in November.

In addition the firm have also won multiple contracts in the defence and security sector including new build and refurbishments contracts on five Royal Air Force bases across Lincolnshire.
